Order & Delivery Information
You will receive a confirmation email once we have received your order. A further email will be sent when your order has been dispatched, including details of the postal service used and tracking information.
All orders are securely packaged in sturdy cardboard tubes, mailing envelopes, or boxes, and are sent via a signed and trackable postal service.
If there are any delays in dispatch, we will contact you by telephone or email with an approximate delivery date. You may cancel your order at any stage before dispatch.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.

Custom Charges
EU Countries
No customs charges apply to orders delivered to EU countries. As a business based in Northern Ireland, we operate under the EU–UK agreements that include specific arrangements for Northern Ireland. Under the Windsor Framework, Northern Ireland follows EU single market rules for goods and continues to trade within this market. This means that, unlike England, Scotland, and Wales, no customs duties are payable on receipt of goods.
Non-EU Countries
For deliveries outside the EU, please contact your local customs office to confirm whether any customs charges apply. We are unable to accept responsibility for any customs charges incurred on international orders.
Delivery Charges
All shipping to the UK and Ireland on orders over £200 is free of charge. Estimated shipping costs are shown below or can be viewed on the product page by clicking the delivery link located beside the “Add to Cart” button. Final shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
